(MISSION HILLS, January 2020) The driver of a black Mazda was injured on Friday when she drove off the 5 Freeway, through a fence, and into a wash. As she was exiting the freeway, she accelerated through a fence before dropping roughly 15 feet. According to NBC 4 LA, the woman was able to climb out of the wrecked car before being taken to a local hospital by rescuers. The crash caused closures on San Fernando Mission Boulevard.
