(HACIENDA HEIGHTS, January 2020) According to the California Highway Patrol, a car fire occurred on the Pomona Freeway just before 9:30 this morning near Hacienda Heights. A black Acura somehow caught on fire and a good samaritan stopped to help attempt to put out the fire. At this time, the car is still reported as smoking and the fire department is responding to the incident. The cause of the fire is still unknown, if this story develops more it will be updated.
