(SANTA MONICA, FEBRUARY 2020) — On Sunday morning, Santa Monica authorities received a report of a “traffic collision” in need of a “physical rescue.” Authorities arrived at the scene at 1540 2nd Street to a bizarre, one-of-a-kind car accident.
A driver reportedly drove his vehicle off of a six-story parking structure and into a McDonald’s down below. The driver of the vehicle, a 20-year-old male, was transported to the hospital in critical condition. He is now reportedly in stable condition.
An investigation into the crash is continuing.
