(CARSON, MARCH 2020) — An 86-year-old woman was tragically killed after being struck by a vehicle in Carson on Monday night.
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department deputies responded to reports of a traffic collision at Avalon Boulevard and 184th Street.
Drugs and alcohol are not believed to be a factor in the accident. The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities. He was not arrested.
