(ANAHEIM, MARCH 2020) — Two people were tragically killed in a head-on collision in Anaheim on Friday.
A white Charger was traveling on Lincoln Avenue and blew through the red light at the street’s intersection with Belinda Circle, slamming into a Honda at the intersection. The driver and the front passenger in the Honda were pronounced dead at the scene.
Both the driver and the passenger in the Dodge, 17-year-old boys, were hospitalized with minor injuries. Police believe drugs and speeding resulted in the accident — the driver of the Dodge is expected to be charged once he is released from the hospital.
