(LOS ANGELES, APRIL 2020) — A 16-year-old boy was tragically killed in a fatal crash on the 100 Freeway on Sunday night.
Around 9 PM, a Ford Edge made an unsafe turn and crashed into one of the freeway’s concrete walls near Wilshire Boulevard. The vehicle then crashed into a Hyundai Azera. This collision triggered a subsequent accident involving a Nissan Quest and Nissan Versa.
Navarro, a passenger in the Edge, was pronounced dead at the scene. Others involved in the accident sustained minor injuries.
An investigation into the accident remains open.
