LOS ANGELES, CA – The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) is offering a $25,000 reward for information about a hit-and-run driver who injured a pedestrian. According to Patch Crime and Safety, LAPD is still searching for this suspect and released the reward offer on Friday, April 17.
The hit-and-run accident occurred on April 3 around 2:30 p.m. on Broadway and 43rd Street. The driver of a pick-up truck hit a 40-year-old man and injured him severely. The man is still in the hospital, recovering from his injuries
Officers report that the vehicle which caused the accident was a white 2014-2020 Toyota Tacoma. The truck had black rims, a cargo rack on the roof, and a truck-bed cover.
