LOS ANGELES, CA – A motorcyclist was injured in an accident on 3 Points Road late Friday morning. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) reports that the accident occurred at 11:05 a.m. on May 1. Police officers on the scene have not released any information about the cause of the crash at the time. However, the motorcyclist appears to be the only driver involved in the accident.
The rider sustained significant injuries from the accident, and the CHP has called for an ambulance to take the rider to the hospital. Officers on the scene believe the motorcyclist may have sustained a back injury. The motorcycle sustained extensive damage in the crash and was cleared from the roadway by a tow truck.
