LOS ANGELES, CA – A car rolled over the side of San Francisquito Canyon Road Friday morning and fell 250 feet, injuring one person inside the vehicle.
The accident occurred at 8:02 a.m. on May 8, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP). Officers believe that only one vehicle was involved in the accident. However, they are unsure at this time what caused the vehicle to crash.
CHP officers reported that they were able to remove one person from the vehicle. They did not report how many people were in the car at the time of the crash.
One occupant showed visible signs of injury after the accident. The CHP called an ambulance to transport the injured person to the hospital for treatment.
The vehicle sustained significant damage after the fall from the road, and officials at the scene requested a tow truck to move the car.
