LOS ANGELES, CA – A woman died in a single-vehicle crash on the southbound 110 Freeway Thursday morning.
Fox 11 reports that the woman was driving on the 110 Freeway near the Fair Oaks Avenue exit ramp when she lost control of her car and drove off the road. The woman’s 2000 Infiniti I30 ran over the curb and then crashed into a tree that was near the road. The accident occurred at approximately 4:00 a.m. on May 7.
Officers from the California Highway Patrol pronounced the 33-year-old woman dead at the scene.
Officials are unsure what caused the woman to crash. The accident is still under investigation, at this time.
