LA MIRADA, CA – A violent multi-vehicle collision left two people dead and others in unknown condition Friday evening.
According to My News LA, authorities spotted a sports car traveling at a high rate of speed just moments before colliding with a pickup truck near Imperial Highway and First Avenue around 5:40 p.m.
Video footage captured at the scene of the crash shows LA County Sheriff’s deputies attempting to free the driver of the pickup as the other vehicle, a Dodge Challenger was burning close by.
At least another two vehicles are said to be involved in the collision. The status of the survivors has not yet been released.
