SANTA ANA, CA – A woman was seriously injured in a three-car collision at the corner of Bear Street and Alton Avenue Thursday evening, reports My News LA.
The incident occurred at around 7:00 p.m. Authorities found a woman trapped inside her vehicle, and used the Jaws of Life to free her from the wreck.
The woman received treatment at the scene until she was considered stable enough to transport to the hospital. Her condition is unknown at this time. The other drivers did not require hospitalization.
It is unclear what caused the accident. Officials are investigating the incident and more information will be provided as it becomes available.
