INGLEWOOD, CA – A collision on Interstate 105 involved an LAPD officer and one other car, reports My News LA.
The LAPD officer was driving on the interstate around 5:20 p.m. when a car impacted with the cruiser on the 405 connectors. The collision was relatively minor and no one needed to be transported to the hospital.
The debris from the crash was spread out over three lanes and the highway patrol shut them down. Officers are investigating the main cause of the crash.
The road was closed for over two hours while crews cleaned up the disabled vehicles and debris. Traffic is now running smoothly.
