LOS ANGELES, CA – A pickup truck drove off Highway 14 and fell more than 100 feet down an embankment early Saturday morning, reports The Signal News.
The incident occurred around 4:11 a.m. Officers arrived on the scene and worked to extricate a man and a woman who were trapped in the pickup. The victims were sent to the hospital to be treated for injuries.
Authorities are investigating the source of the accident and the sequence of events leading up to it. It is unknown what caused the collision.
