LOS ANGELES, CA – Law Enforcement Officials in Los Angeles are seeking the public’s help in identifying two drivers involved in a fatal hit-and-run last Thursday night.
A 49-year-old pedestrian was struck by an SUV while walking in the westbound lane of Vernon Avenue near Wall Street at about 10:30 p.m.
According to CBSLA, after being struck by the first car, the pedestrain was thrown into the eastbound lanes where he was struck a second time by a sedan. Both drivers involved in the incident did not stop to render assistance to the victim.
The pedestrain was pronounced dead at a local hospital later that night.
