NEWHALL, CA – Los Angeles Fire Department officials responded to a reported single-vehicle collision that caused a small roadside brush fire in Newhall Sunday afternoon.
According to KHTS, the collision occurred when the vehicle careened off of the roadway and into a ravine, sparking the blaze shortly before 2:30 p.m.
Firefighters were able to swiftly put out the fire and reported no injuries as a result of the crash.
The precise location of the collision has not been released.
