HIGHLAND PARK, CA – A woman was seriously injured after being hit by a car in a hit-and-run accident in Highland Park Tuesday night, according to The Eastsider LA.
The collision happened on Avenue 43, near Carlota Boulevard, at 9:20 p.m. when a female pedestrian was hit by a white Toyota Camry.
The victim was severely injured and brought to the hospital for treatment.
According to the report, she will require a long hospitalization but is in stable condition.
Authorities are offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to the arrest of the suspected driver.
