SHAFTER, CA – A man died as a result of a car accident at an intersection in Shafter this morning, according to 23 ABC News.
The crash happened at the intersection of Scaroni Avenue and Burbank Street at about 7 a.m. when a grey Nissan Altima and a white Chevrolet Captivity SUV collided, and then both vehicles hit a fence.
The male driver of the Nissan died at the scene.
The driver of the Chevrolet was not reported as injured.
The identities of the drivers were not made immediately available.
