(LOS ANGELES, January 2020) — 60-year-old Brett Miku was killed after being struck by a car on the San Diego Freeway at Venice Boulevard around 7:35 PM on Sunday. The victim, who was reportedly homeless, was identified by the California Highway Patrol.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities. An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
