(LOS ANGELES, January 2020) — 36-year-old Jesus Urbina was riding his bicycle on Branford Street, west of Arleta Avenue, when he was hit by a Mercedes-Benz sedan on Sunday night. The driver of the vehicle fled the scene and authorities are on the hunt to locate the suspect. Anyone with information about the incident is encouraged to call detectives at 818-644-8022.
Urbina was reportedly bringing water to the homeless at the time of the accident.
