(MONROVIA, APRIL 2020) — There were two injuries after a street racing crash on South Myrtle Avenue in Monrovia, according to CBSLA.
Two cars were evidently racing on South Myrtle Avenue on Saturday afternoon. Then, one of the vehicles entered the opposite lane and struck oncoming traffic. The force of the impact split the racing vehicle in half.
The crash ejected the racing driver, who sustained major injuries. However, the other driver sustained only minor injuries.
An investigation into the incident is currently ongoing.
