LOS ANGELES, CA – A woman driving a silver Hyundai crashed her vehicle and rolled over four times, on SR 14 South near Via Princessa. The accident occurred at 1:53 p.m. on Tuesday, April 28. The California Highway Patrol reports that the driver lost control of the vehicle while driving between 90 and 95 miles per hours. Police on the scene believe the woman was intoxicated at the time of the crash.
A male passenger in the vehicle escaped the car and helped remove the female driver. The woman sustained serious injuries in the accident and is being transported to a local hospital. The passenger does not appear to have sustained significant injuries. Police do not believe there were any other vehicles involved in this crash.
