LOS ANGELES, CA – A driver was severely injured on Friday morning after a two-car collision on North Lyman Avenue.
The California Highway Patrol reports that the accident occurred at 9:59 a.m. on May 8. A red two-door Honda Accord crashed into another vehicle at 5108 North Lyman Avenue near East Stephanie Drive.
One of the drivers sustained significant injuries from the accident. The uninjured driver in the second vehicle attempted to help keep the victim calm and still until the police arrived. An ambulance transported the injured driver to a local hospital for treatment.
The Honda sustained major front-end damage in the accident, and the police had to call a tow truck to remove the vehicle from the scene.
