ANAHEIM, CA – Anaheim Police are investigating an incident where a vehicle crashed into a chicken restaurant that injured two women and two children last Friday afternoon.
According to The Orange County Register, authorities arrived at the shopping center on Lincoln Avenue where a vehicle shattered a glass window injuring those who were inside.
Video at the scene shows the vehicle pulling into a parking spot, then accelerating into the glass window. According to police the driver was unlicensed and confused the gas pedal with the brake.
The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with police. Drugs or alcohol were not deemed to be a factor in the accident.
