Two hospitalized after violent crash

LOS ANGELES, CA – Around 10:30 p.m. yesterday a car was stolen and led police on a quick chase, which ended in a crash in the Baldwin Hills/ Crenshaw neighborhood.

The stolen vehicle ran a red light and hit another vehicle before ending up in the palm tree.

The driver of the other vehicle stated that the stolen vehicle was going exceedingly fast when she struck him. His vehicle received major damage but luckily he was unhurt as well as is passenger.

The stolen vehicle had extensive damage to occupants and car.

One of the occupants of the stolen vehicle was knocked unconscious and had stopped breathing, she was transported to the hospital and her condition was unknown.

The other occupant was transported to the hospital and her condition is unknown.

When the crash occurred, the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Marlton was closed for clean up and investigation into the crash.
