LOS ANGELES, CA – A motorcyclist was injured when he collided with a semi truck on the 101 Freeway at Laurel Canyon last Wednesday.
According to local news reports, the accident happened right before the interchange of the 101 South and 134 East Freeways. A motorcyclist collided with a semi truck and was ejected onto the roadway.
Many passing motorists stopped to help the injured motorcyclist. Soon after the incident, the motorcycle erupted into flames, which the LAFD swiftly extinguished.
LAFD transported the motorcyclist, an unidentified male, to a local hospital, where he is being treated for a broken leg and other critical injuries.
