LANCASTER, CA – A man died this morning in Lancaster in a single-vehicle car crash thought to be related to intoxicated driving, according to MyNewsLA.
The crash happened on Avenue J, near 85th Street W, at about 4 a.m. when the driver of a 1999 Nissan Frontier pickup truck traveled off the side of the road.
The driver, a 61-year-old man from Littlerock, was ejected during the crash. He died at the scene.
No other injuries were reported in the collision.
Police believe the victim was under the influence when the accident occurred.
Authorities continue to investigate the crash at this time.
