PALM DESERT, CA – A fiery, single-vehicle car crash in Palm Desert last night led to the death of an 88-year-old man, according to MyNewsLA.
The accident happened on I-10 near Monterey Avenue at about 8:10 p.m. when Palm Desert man Robert Heuer reportedly veered off the roadway.
The vehicle caught fire as a result of the collision, and Heuer died at the scene.
No other injuries were reported in the crash.
